And you know what, I feel calm and peaceful about it. I thought that by this time, I'd be fretting like crazy but in contrast I actually feel confident and I thank God for letting me experience this. I do get a little sad that I will be away from my family for a long time but I know that God will always be within whispering distance. Its crazy that I'm actually leaving the nest. I may cry a bit. By the way, I'm talking about leaving to Navy basic training or better known as boot camp. December 13th feels like its just around the corner!
